This workshop is designed to give you a hands-on experience with color, pattern, and basic design concepts that will help you create pleasing color combinations all on your own in your sewing, knitting, crochet, embroidery, or other craft projects! Open to all levels and types of crafters we’ll put down our needles and focus completely on playing with color! Together,
we will:
- Learn about color wheels and how to use them
- Explore basic design concepts as they apply to fabric and how to combine them
- Work with fabric swatches to build a hands-on understanding of fundamental elements of color theory
- Understand essential terminology of contemporary materials and design
